At TriBuild, we saw a need for a better, easier and less expensive way for medium and small contractors to manage their business projects. The only options available to the average contractor has traditionally been time consuming and error ridden spreadsheets or expensive and complicated software built for large corporations. We saw an opportunity to help fill the gap.
Our team is comprised of highly experienced people from both the construction and technology industries who came together to build something original and needed.

MEET OUR TEAM
Co-Founder & Executive Chairman
Tony Dubreville is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of TriBuild, Inc. He brings to bear more than 30 years of start-up, operating, executive strategic leadership and acquisition experience within the building construction and technology industry with an acute and deliberate emphasis on growth-orientated recurring revenue models.
Prior to co-founding TriBuild, Tony served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Trade Service Corporation, a provider of product information technology services for contractors, distributors, and building product manufacturers. During his 34-year tenure, he created a substantial, thought-leading technology company with exceptional profitability and industry-leading leadership. Tony led over 25 acquisitions and divestitures during his career and leveraged overseas operations to maximize product velocity and profitability with exceptional quality and dependability standards. The business was acquired by Trimble Inc., a NASDAQ traded company (TRMB), with revenues in excess of $3 billion.
He credits his success and longevity to the commitment and talents of those around him. The epitome of a team player, he strives to convey that it is the synergy between the efforts of himself and most importantly the talented people around him that have made his business ventures so successful.
Tony is a graduate of San Diego State University’s business program with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He resides in San Diego, CA with his wife of 28 years and their two children. When not working, he enjoys spending time with family, physical fitness and driving in car rallies.
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Patrick Bohle is one of TriBuild’s Co-Founders as well as its Chief Executive Officer. He has a deep understanding of the construction technology industry and brings to bear over 30 years of experience, having held leadership roles in a number of construction focused companies, including PERI Formworks Systems, Inc. USA, Trimble, Inc., Spectra Precision Laser Plane and Hilti AG.
One of his most notable tenures was at Hilti AG, a global provider of products, systems, software and services to the construction and energy industries, from 1986 to 2000. He held a number of positions during his time at Hilti, including Vice President of Marketing and Director of New Products.
He then moved on to work as the Vice President of Marketing at Spectra Precision Laser Plane, a provider of surveying and construction laser-based products, services and accessories, from May 2000 until its acquisition by Trimble, a global provider of positioning technologies, in July 2000. Patrick played a strategic role in the successful integration of Spectra Precision Laser Plane and Trimble. Between May 2000 through May 2017, he served as the General Manager of the both the Building Construction and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing divisions. During this time he led the successful execution of more than a dozen acquisitions as well as co-founded and served as a board member of Intelligent Construction Tools, a Joint Venture between Trimble Inc. and Hilti AG.
Patrick received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Towson University and currently resides in Boulder, Colorado.
Co-Founder & President
As the President and Co-Founder of TriBuild, Brad Couper focuses on building and growing a business that adds real value to the construction industry and solves complex, labor-intensive workflow challenges for contractors.
A seasoned international businessman and construction technology expert, Brad has served as a key leader in multiple technology companies leading up to TriBuild. In his first technology company, Brad founded Datateq Pty. Ltd., in 2007, a field mobility technology for contractors, and served as Chief Executive Officer until its acquisition by simPRO Software Ltd 2009, a cloud-based construction project management, field service, and asset management software platform for contractors. At simPRO, Brad became Chief Executive Officer and Director, and led the global expansion into three international markets, growing the team to 250 people on four continents. Brad also served as a Director at simTRAC Pty Ltd., a GPS and fleet tracking technology company for contractors, until its acquisition by simPRO in 2014.
Brad received a graduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Technology, Sydney. When not working, Brad enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures and food, and skiing. He currently lives in Sydney, Australia with his wife of 12 years.
Director of Sales
Coming from a family that has spent nearly 100 years providing product and pricing services to the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) trades, Tod has spent his entire career servicing contractors, distributors and manufacturers.
His family business was merged with Trade Service in 1991 where he spent 23 years running Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Customer Care teams. Trimble Inc, purchased Trade Service in 2013 and he has spent the last 5 years at Trimble overseeing North America sales teams that specialize in assisting MEP contractors to realize productivity gains in the areas of Estimating/Bidding, CAD Design/Detailing, Project Management, Asset Management and Content Management.
As Director of Business Development, Tod spends his energy driving new business opportunities and promoting TriBuild within the Construction markets.
Tod holds a Bachelor of Social Arts degree from Washington State University. He resides in San Diego with his wife and three kids.
Director, Partnerships & Integrations
Technology will have a significant impact in shaping the construction industry in the years to come. As the Director of Partnerships & Integrations at TriBuild, Rob Miller is passionate about working with other construction technology companies to improve construction workflows through the adoption of such hardware and software technologies to improve scheduling, profitability and their reputation within the industry.
Throughout his career in construction technology, Rob has had the unique perspective of working for a manufacturer and a distributor, as well as being an end-user himself. Having spent the majority of his career with Trimble, Inc., Rob was involved in a large number of development projects focused on heavy civil and building construction applications. Most notably, Rob managed Trimble’s LM80 software, which revolutionized building construction layout in the early 2000’s. In addition, he lead the development of Trimble Field Link which was the first construction layout application to support 3D design models.
With a desire to innovate, Rob was part of a team that researched a robotic vehicle for automatic layout and has seven U.S. patents related to construction layout and positioning technologies.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Surveying & Mapping from the University of Florida and is a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America. He lives in the Tampa Bay area with his wife and two sons.
Product Director – Construction Management
As the Product Director for TriBuild’s Construction Management solutions at TriBuild, Natalie Abshier has been enthusiastically involved in developing construction technology that empowers members of project teams to communicate better, build efficiency and standardize disconnected workflows that will ultimately improve project execution and ideally, drive greater profitability.
Since the early 2000s, Natalie has been developing software applications that are well suited for trade contractors. Natalie brings her unique experience as a project manager for a trade contractor, a subject matter and ERP implementation expert for a large, publicly traded mechanical contractor and CEO of two software companies to TriBuild and provides insight and experience to develop tools that are easy to implement by all types of commercial and industrial trade contractors. Natalie’s background of working with contractors provides a unique perspective for the development of the TriBuild products.
Natalie lives in Colorado with her husband and a brood of pets with multiple children and grandchildren nearby.
